ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR - SPEARFISH
Location: Spearfish Regional Facility
Status: Full-time, Monday through Friday
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records and data that will later be compiled for monthly and quarterly reports for all programs. Will assist with Monument Healthcare, Vibra, BH Surgical, and all other contract data and scheduling. Works closely with the scheduling/dispatch department, serving as the primary contact for the Highly Rural Transportation Grant, and monitors and produces billing and payment reports. Understanding of Jefferson Lines' inter-city bus agreement and ability to sell tickets, balance weekly reports, and define payments due PHT. Will maintain and update some contractual agreements, and work closely with data regarding Monument Health, Vibra, and BH Surgical contracts to produce reports and billings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/Experience: Two-year Business Administration degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate the knowledge, ability, and skills required to understand, influence, and communicate effectively with participants and co-workers in an effective professional manner. Knowledge of telephone etiquette and general office procedures and equipment, including computers and various computer software packages. Use of decimals, fractions, and percentages to allocate revenues and expenses in individual program areas. Knowledge of driving rules and regulations is necessary. Business band radio, 10-key calculator, filing systems, and multi-line, multi-function telephones. Knowledge of Federal ADA and Charter rules and regulations, State ASA guidelines concerning transportation programs, and Medicaid program regulations. Must be able to work efficiently by multitasking varying projects in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions, maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality at all times.
- Other qualifications/certificates/licenses: valid driver’s license.
- PC Competencies: Above-average knowledge of computer operations and programs. Willing to learn dispatching, supply ordering, inventory, and office management procedures as necessary.

PART-TIME DRIVER – HILL CITY
Location: Hill City, South Dakota
Status: Part-Time, Wednesday-Friday 10 am-430 pm in-town
Wage: $16.25 per hour
Be a vital part of your community by being a public transit driver for residents of Hill City. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can safely operate an ADA-compliant minivan independently on an assigned route within an established schedule. Must be able to deal with the public pleasantly and courteously.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Operates ADA-compliant minivan to provide public transportation for fixed routes while complying with all traffic laws and other required regulations.
-Appropriately conduct themselves while working in a diverse work environment.
-Performs a pre-trip inspection of the van prior to beginning the shift.
-Maintains working knowledge of streets, current routes, and fare structure.
-Collects and records fares.
-Performs fueling according to procedures.
-Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
Qualifications:
-Must be 25 years or older,
-Must be dependable,
-Must possess a valid driver’s license,
-Possess a clean driving record,
-Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and random testing,
-Pass a background check.
FULL-TIME DRIVER – RAPID CITY
Location: Rapid City, South Dakota
Wage: $17.00 per Hour
Status: Full-Time
