How to make ride reservations:

Office hours for scheduling rides on the phone are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Call 605-642-6668 (or 877-673-3687 toll-free outside our local calling area), or fill out the online ride request form.

Please be sure to have all necessary information when you are ready to schedule: 

• Rider’s name,
• Date of Birth, new customers only  
• Pick-up address,
• Appointment time and date,
• Drop-off location,
• Any additional stops
• Return time, if known

Dispatcher will need to know if you have any special mobility needs (wheelchair, walker, etc.)

While we do have an after-hours answering machine, messages and online ride requests are retrieved during business hours, so please keep in mind that weekend messages will be not received until Monday morning. The same applies to cancellation messages, so please try to let us know as far in advance as possible if you need to cancel a ride.

In many cases you will share rides with others, which may mean an adjusted pickup time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
